Discovery Tours

Naturally after viewing our property details you will want to take a trip and discover the area for yourself and we recommend that you do so. We operate an individually tailored Discovery Tour with a dedicated Property Consultant who will act as your personal guide for the duration of your trip; this will allow you to view your developments of choice and visualise the location of your property.

The features of the Tailored Discovery Tour are as follows:

Our team will help you book your flights and 4* accommodation. The hotels we use do depend on the area the development is situated in, however most have facilities available such as swimming pools, fitness & wellness centre, restaurants, bars, tennis courts and kids clubs. 
Tours can be tailored from one to three nights, though three days and two nights are the most common and will depend on the flights and your proposed itinerary.
The tour will be carried out by a trained Property Consultant and will be one to one unless otherwise specified.
Whilst on the tour, all meals and associated drinks will be paid for.
 

Our trained Property Consultant will be able to offer you advice on all aspects of purchasing, rental management services and if required a one to one consultation with an international lawyer. 

If you decide to purchase a property whilst on your Discovery Tour, we will refund your travel and hotel costs up to a maximum of €350 upon receipt of your reservation deposit and contract*. (*Terms and conditions apply, please contact us for more information)

 Tailored pre-reservation Discovery Tours

A tailored pre-reservation Discovery Tour is as a normal Discovery Tour, but has been specifically designed to allow people to pre-reserve the property of their choice in the location they desire and on any development we offer. Southern Italy is a property hotspot selling out fast so as a result we simply offer our Discovery Tours with the added advantage of offering a fully refundable reservation deposit on your property selection if you decide for any reason not to go ahead.

After making your desired property selection, with help with one of our approved agents, you will reserve your property on a pre-reservation Discovery Tour agreement and pay the appropriate reservation deposit of €3000 per property. It allows you to hold the property up to a maximum of 21 days whilst we help to make arrangements for your Discovery Tour, if you do not like the property or the area we will refund the money to you in full, though if required the deposit can be moved to any other property selection of your choice.  

Appointment only, Discovery Tours

If you are in Calabria on holiday or prefer to make your own way there to spend time in this stunning region, we offer an appointment only Discovery Tour for our clients.

All appointments must be pre-booked in advance, at least 7 days prior to travel and are subject to availability. Our Property Consultants will arrange specific site appointments on your behalf then the rest of the time you are free to explore Italy as you see fit, in your own time.

Should you decide to purchase property in Italy through Us, we will refund up to three nights accommodation at one of our designated hotels upon receipt of your first payment. Refunds will be made in Euros and can be transferred at the current exchange rate in a currency of your choice to a designated account, 30 days after signing the property contract. If a hotel is required for your visit our four star hotel rates are €50 for a single room and €70 for a double room and include breakfast.
